OIL SYSTEMS

COES produces oil systems in full compliance with API 614 (ISO 10438:2007) Part 2-Special Purpose and Part 3-General Purpose.

Shell & Tube oil coolers, oil filters and oil mist separators are designed and produced by COES. Oil pumps can be driven by AC or DC motors or by steam turbines.

The selection and design of the main items are performed by using a dedicated software; the general assembly and detail drawings are prepared by 3D CAD software.

The range of production includes combined units to serve machines like turbo-compressors and steam turbines.

The unit is equipped with dedicated circuits to supply lube oil to shaft seals and bearings, control oil to the hydraulic actuators of valves and jacking oil, which is indispensable during the starting and stopping stages of the machine.

COES range of oil units includes complete Seal Oil Skids; the systems supply pressurized and clean oil to the shaft seals of hydrogen-cooled turbo generators.
